My name is Kayla Galvan, a Licensed Esthetician specializing in Eyelash Services here in Tri-Cities WA📍 My goal is to make everyone feel welcomed, cared for and most importantly, BEAUTIFUL🤍 Hope to see you in my chair soon! :) Please arrive on time. 15 minutes late = Canceled Appointment Cancellations under 24-Hours = 50% Cancellation Fee of total service will be charged to card on file. Arrive with no makeup or oils on or around the eye area. Avoid face makeup as well if possible. Avoid drinking caffeine / coffee 6 hours prior to your appointment. No Guests, No Kids Be prepared to lay back & relax with your eyes closed for 1-3 hours. All sales are final. No refunds & all deposits are non-refundable/transferable.

Cancellation Policy

$15 Deposit is Non-Refundable & Goes Towards Your Services' Total. There is a 15 Minute Grace Period Before You Are Considered a No-Show & Your Appointment Will Be Cancelled. Please Communicate With Me If You Will Be Late! No-Shows & 24-Hour Cancellations Will Be Additionally Charged a 50% Cancellation Fee. No Refunds.
