My name is Kayla Galvan, a Licensed Esthetician specializing in Eyelash Services here in Tri-Cities WA📍 My goal is to make everyone feel welcomed, cared for and most importantly, BEAUTIFUL! 🤍 Hope to see you in my chair soon :) Policies • 15 minutes late = Canceled Appointment Cancellations under 24Hrs = 50% Cancellation Fee of total service cost. • Arrive with no makeup & oils on or around the eye area. Avoid face makeup as well if possible. • Avoid drinking caffeine & coffee 6 hours prior to your appointment. • No Guests / No Kids • Be prepared to lay back & relax with your eyes closed for 1-3 hours. All sales are final. No refunds & all deposits are non-refundable/transferable.

Cancellation Policy

$15 Deposit is Non-Refundable & Goes Towards Your Services' Total. There is a 15 Minute Grace Period Before You Are Considered a No-Show & Your Appointment Will Be Cancelled. Please Communicate With Me If You Will Be Late. No-Shows & 24-Hour Cancellations Will Be Additionally Charged a 50% Cancellation Fee. No Refunds.
